We collect the person

After we finish talking with you, our next phone call is to book the transport for the person that has died. We collect them from where they died and bring them to our certified mortuary partner.

Usually the next day, we will have a more in depth conversation with you.

We complete all the paperwork

With the information we've gathered from you we complete the official processes of the medical certification needed, plus all the relevant details for the registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages to complete the death certificate.

The cremation is
done

The cremation is completed at a licensed and regulated cremation facility in Sydney. Where possible we will let you know the day and time the cremation is to take place. Before the cremation is completed we will arrange payment from you. We will also ask your preference on returning the ashes. See the Urn Selection.

We personally deliver the ashes to you

Using the details we collect from you, we take care of all official requirements, including completing the necessary medical certification and submitting all relevant information to the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages .
